1. Quotations, written or verbal will not be reduced in price if the work is processed quicker or longer than expected. This work must be paid for in full and no breakdown of costs will be given after the quotation has been accepted bu you the customer. Quotations may change due to unforeseen circumstances, For example costs may increase if underground cabling, water and gas pipes, sewer pipes or other hidden items are discovered, if services are broken by accident any repair may need to be paid for by you. 2. Hourly rates quoted. You will be invoiced for the total hours used to process your work and not hours spent at the place of work, an example is having to take away waste or buy goods and materials, this takes time and must be paid for by you. 3. Late payment charge The total amount owed must be paid in full on the invoice date. A late payment fee of £50.00 will be charged 14 days after the invoice date, Interest will be charged on balances over 40 days old. 4. Materials remain the property of Daisies Ltd until we receive the total amount outstanding regardless of any deposit paid. By agreeing to these terms of business you are agreeing that all the materials with a reusable value may be withdrawn from your property by employees of Daisies Ltd. This action is not designed to make profit, but to reduce Daisies Ltd financial damage. 5. Our Guarantee covers all new installations only and NOT repairs or maintenance or living things like plants, grass and trees.. New installations is an item built from start to finish by us and guaranteed for 12 months after completion, providing this installation has been paid for in full and the materials used have been provided by us. 6. Guarantee exclusions, damage caused by excessive weather. Temperature related issues, vandalism, neglect, or work carried out by anybody or company without our written permission from Daisies Ltd. 7. Deposits are 50% and non refundable. 8. Unsatisfactory work. If you believe the work is incorrect, we will correct your work providing Daisies Ltd is in agreement that action will benefit you and the work is stated in the original quotation. Faulty work must be brought to our attention in writing and then we will correct this as soon as possible. If other contractors are used without our written permission we will not pay any costs incurred, and any guarantee will be void. 9. Compensation. We will not compensate or reduce the amount of your account balance for loss of power, or disconnection from a service. 10. All work carried out is subject to these terms and by commissioning us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing only by Daisies Ltd.
